Irvine, CA – April 23, 2010 – Kunlun Online, a 2.5D Free-to-Play Chinese fantasy MMORPG, enters into Open Beta today, April 23 at 6pm Pacific time.

Developed by SmartCell Technology, Kunlun Online is a PVP oriented MMORPG based off stories from Chinese methodological classic Shan Hai Jing. The game features realistic graphics, many PVE raidings and PVP forms, an elaborate pet system, diverse mounts, automated navigation and killing, and much more.

The game has a Chinese version that has recently entered open beta, registering hundreds of thousands players. This English-based, international version of Kunlun Online completed a closed beta testing in North America on April 21 and now enters into open beta.

To celebrate the occasion, many events are scheduled, including a level up contest, a double XP event, a guild support event, 100-item gift pack giveaway, a video contest, and gift packs for in-game currency purchase.
